Bookings:
-All booking must be paid for when booked, unless special arrangements have been made prior.
-All booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow our tutors time to plan lessons.
-Our lessons will be first come, first serve. If you would like a regular time each week, we suggest purchasing your times well in advance as they do sell quickly when they become available, especially during testing windows (for LANTITE)
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Rescheduling made with at least 48 hours notice will be changed to a different date or time, at no cost, assuming the date and time are available. Reschedules need to be rescheduled into the same week. If the tutor doesn't have availability, then the lesson will either need to go ahead or will be forfeit . Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 100% fee.
-Cancellations due to change of mind will not be refunded but instead given a credit of use. We will credit you in the amount of remaining lessons, toward future lessons. Cash/monetary refunds for change of mind WILL NOT be honoured as per consumer law. If a monetary refund is granted, a $2 fee from each hour will be deducted from the refund as this is a fee we would other wise incur from our payment provider.
-You may, at your discretion, resell any remaining lessons to others looking for tutoring. You will need to contact us though so we know who will be contacting us regarding your sold lessons.
" A business can refuse to give you a free repair, replacement or refund if: you simply changed your mind ( No longer want tutoring). you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem (Did not follow tutors advice) . you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business(Was suggested you do certain things or don't sit the test but do so anyways), or were unclear about what you wanted."
- We reserve the right to limit the number of reschedule we will accept. We usually limit this to 2 or 3. Please be aware of any of other activities that may coincide with the times you book as excessive rescheduling will be declined.
Bookings may be moved up to 45 minuets to allow others to book in. This allows us to help as many per day as possible. By booking, you agree to this.
Please keep the time in mind when messaging the business or our tutors. We ask that no messages are sent after 8pm, unless you have a one off late session or an emergency.
